We provide a three-year warranty with free replacement spare parts for factory damaged components.
Warranty Claim Process
- Provide clear photos and videos of defective parts via our support email.
- Once we confirm the damage is caused by manufacturing flaws, we will arrange replacement parts to be dispatched immediately free of charge.
- If damage is caused by improper use or artificial human error, the customer shall bear all costs of replacement parts and delivery freight.
