Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to tymlighting. tymlighting operates this website, including all information, tools and services provided to you, subject to your full acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices set forth herein.
By visiting our site and/or placing an order for goods, you enter into a binding agreement for our “Service” and agree to comply with these Terms of Service (“Terms”), including supplementary terms, return policy, privacy policy and hyperlinked documents referenced below. These Terms apply to all site users, including browsers, customers, purchasers and content contributors.

You may not use our products or website for illegal, infringing or unauthorized activities, nor violate local, national or international laws (including copyright, import/export and consumer protection laws) while using our Service.
You are prohibited from uploading, transmitting or distributing computer worms, viruses, malware or any destructive code via our site. Any breach of these Terms will result in immediate permanent suspension of your access to all our services.
SECTION 2 – GENERAL OPERATING CONDITIONS
We reserve the absolute right to refuse service, cancel pending orders or restrict accounts for any lawful reason at any time.
You acknowledge non-payment data (text, images, comments) transmitted via our site may be unencrypted across global networks and adjusted to fit device technical standards. All credit card and payment information is fully encrypted during transmission.
You shall not reproduce, copy, resell, distribute or exploit any part of our website, product content, service access or brand materials without our prior written formal authorization.

SECTION 3 – ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS & TIMELINESS OF SITE INFORMATION
We do not warrant that all website information is error-free, complete or up-to-date. All product descriptions, sizes and visuals are provided for general reference only; you shall not rely solely on site content to make purchasing decisions without verifying key specifications prior to checkout. All reliance on website material is at your own risk.
Historical product, pricing and shipping data posted on the site is for archive reference only and does not reflect current offerings. We reserve the right to edit site content at any time with no obligation to notify users of updates. You are responsible for monitoring website revisions independently.
All alabaster, Murano glass and hand-blown products feature unique natural veining, texture and slight color variations. Minor differences between listed product photos and delivered goods are not classified as defects.
SECTION 4 – PRICING & SERVICE MODIFICATIONS
All listed product prices are subject to adjustment without prior notice for unconfirmed future orders. For fully paid and confirmed orders, the original checkout price shall remain binding and shall not be unilaterally modified by us.
We reserve the right to suspend, adjust or discontinue any website service or product line at any time without advance notice. We shall not be liable for losses arising from service suspension or price revisions, except for fully paid confirmed orders which will be fulfilled strictly per agreed terms.
All import duties, customs taxes, brokerage fees and local VAT generated during international delivery shall be borne solely by the buyer upon arrival in the destination country.
SECTION 5 – PRODUCTS, GOODS & WARRANTY RULES
Certain lighting fixtures and custom pieces are exclusively sold via our website with limited stock availability. All returns and exchanges are governed fully by our official Return & Refund Policy.
We have taken all reasonable measures to display product colors accurately on the site, but we cannot guarantee consistent color rendering across all device monitor screens.
We reserve the right to restrict product sales to specific geographic regions, limit purchase quantities per customer/household/order, or cease production of any fixture at our sole discretion. All product descriptions and pricing are subject to change without notice. Any product offer is void where prohibited by local import or trade laws.
3-Year Limited Warranty Terms (Integrated)
All purchased lighting fixtures carry a 3-year limited manufacturing defect warranty. Complimentary gift bulbs are permanently excluded from warranty, return and exchange coverage.
- Warranty covers free replacement of defective components only; full refunds are unavailable after the 30-calendar-day return window expires.
- Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, self-disassembly, natural wear or artificial physical breakage is not covered under warranty.
We do not warrant that product quality will fully match your subjective expectations, nor guarantee all minor cosmetic defects on artisanal glass/alabaster goods will be corrected free of charge outside the 30-day return period.
SECTION 6 – BILLING, ACCOUNT & ORDER MANAGEMENT
We reserve the right to reject any submitted order. At our discretion, we may limit or cancel bulk purchases linked to identical customer accounts, payment cards or shipping addresses. If we cancel an order, we will notify you via the email/phone provided at checkout. We reserve the right to decline orders placed by resellers, distributors or wholesale dealers without prior arrangement.
You agree to maintain accurate, complete billing, shipping and account contact information at all times, and promptly update email, payment card and address details to ensure successful order processing and communication.

SECTION 7 – THIRD-PARTY TOOLS
We may embed access to unaffiliated third-party tools (payment gateways, shipping trackers, analytics plugins) over which we hold no oversight or control.
All third-party tools are provided “as is” without warranty, representation or endorsement of any kind. We accept zero liability for loss or damage resulting from your use of external third-party tools. You are solely responsible for reviewing and agreeing to the third party’s own terms before utilizing their services via our site.
Any new website features launched in the future shall also fall under these Terms of Service.
SECTION 8 – THIRD-PARTY EXTERNAL LINKS
Site content, product bundles and service pages may reference materials hosted by independent third-party companies. External website hyperlinks do not indicate official affiliation with tymlighting.
We bear no responsibility for evaluating third-party website content accuracy, and disclaim all liability for goods, services or transactions completed on external sites. All complaints, claims and disputes related to third-party merchants must be submitted directly to the relevant external provider. SECTION 9 – USER SUBMISSIONS, COMMENTS & FEEDBACK
If you voluntarily submit creative content, design ideas, suggestions, product reviews, photos or feedback (“Comments”) to us via email, form or website message, you grant tymlighting perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free rights to edit, publish, distribute, translate and reuse all submitted Comments in any commercial medium without restriction.
We are under no obligation to keep your Comments confidential, provide monetary compensation for submissions, or reply to user feedback. We reserve the right (without obligation) to moderate, edit or delete user content that violates intellectual property laws, contains harassment, libel, obscenity, malware or breaches these Terms.
You warrant all submitted Comments do not infringe third-party copyright, trademark, privacy or personality rights, and contain no malicious code or false identity information. You take full sole responsibility for the truthfulness and legality of all content you post to our site.
SECTION 10 – PERSONAL DATA & PRIVACY

SECTION 11 – SITE ERRORS, INACCURACIES & OMISSIONS
Typographical errors, pricing mistakes, shipping miscalculations and stock availability inaccuracies may occasionally appear on our website. We reserve the right to correct all such errors and update listing information for future orders without prior notice.
For fully paid, confirmed orders affected by objective listing errors, we will promptly notify you and provide reasonable resolution options; we will not arbitrarily cancel valid paid orders without mutually agreed solutions.
We hold no mandatory obligation to update website information unless required by applicable consumer or trade law. Absence of recent site updates does not guarantee all content remains current or error-free.
SECTION 12 – PROHIBITED SITE USES
You are forbidden to utilize the website or its content for any of the following activities:

(b) Violate local, national or international trade, privacy and consumer regulations;
(c) Infringe tymlighting or third-party intellectual property rights (trademarks, product designs, photographs, copywriting);

(e) Submit false, misleading or fraudulent information during checkout or account creation;
(f) Upload malware, viruses or destructive code to disrupt website function;
(g) Scrape, crawl, spider or mass harvest user/ product data without written permission;
(h) Send unsolicited spam, phishing or deceptive communications through our contact channels;
(i) Circumvent website security, payment or anti-fraud protection features;
(j) Engage in obscene, immoral or deceptive commercial activity.
We may permanently terminate your website access if you violate any prohibited usage rule.
SECTION 13 – DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES & LIMITED LIABILITY (HK LAW COMPLIANT REVISED)
We do not warrant uninterrupted, error-free or secure website operation at all times. We do not guarantee perfect accuracy of all service output or zero downtime.
You acknowledge our website may be temporarily suspended for maintenance indefinitely without prior notification, and your use of the Service is undertaken entirely at your own risk. All goods and website services are provided “as is” and “as available”, excluding all express or implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for purpose, durability and non-infringement to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Liability Limitation (Compliant with Hong Kong Control of Exemption Clauses Ordinance)
To the maximum extent legally permissible:
- We shall not exclude liability for death or personal injury arising directly from our negligence;
- For all other losses, our aggregate total liability to you for any single order or dispute shall not exceed the full purchase price you paid for the relevant product;
- tymlighting, our directors, staff, contractors, suppliers and agents shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, special or punitive damages (including lost profits, business revenue, lost savings, data loss, replacement costs) under contract, tort or negligence claims, even if notified of potential loss risks in advance.
Certain overseas jurisdictions prohibit partial liability limitation for incidental damages; in those regions, our liability cap shall apply to the maximum legal extent allowed under local consumer law.
SECTION 14 – INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to fully indemnify, defend and hold harmless tymlighting, our parent entities, subsidiaries, partners, officers, employees, contractors, suppliers and agents against all third-party claims, demands, lawsuits and associated reasonable legal fees, arising out of:
- Your material breach of these Terms or referenced policies;
- Your violation of applicable local, national or international laws;
- Your infringement of any third-party intellectual, privacy or personal rights.
SECTION 15 – SEVERABILITY
If any single provision of these Terms is ruled unlawful, void or unenforceable by a court, that clause shall be revised to achieve the closest lawful economic effect permitted by Hong Kong SAR law, and all remaining Terms shall remain fully valid and binding between both parties.
SECTION 16 – AGREEMENT TERMINATION
All payment, liability and indemnity obligations incurred before termination shall survive the end of this agreement indefinitely.
These Terms remain effective until terminated by either party. You may terminate your agreement at any time by ceasing all website usage and notifying our support email of your intent to discontinue service.
If we determine you have breached any core provision of these Terms, we reserve the right to terminate this agreement immediately without prior notice. You remain fully liable for all outstanding order payments and related fees accrued up to termination date, and we may block all future website access for your account.
SECTION 17 – ENTIRE AGREEMENT
Failure by us to enforce any single right or clause within these Terms shall not constitute a permanent waiver of that legal right.
These Terms, together with our Return Policy and Privacy Policy, form the complete binding agreement between you and tymlighting, superseding all prior oral or written communications, negotiations and draft versions of service rules. Any ambiguous clause interpretation shall not be construed solely against the drafting party (tymlighting).
SECTION 18 – UPDATES TO TERMS OF SERVICE
You may view the latest live version of these Terms at any time via this page. We reserve the right to modify, update or replace any section by posting revised content online; you are responsible for regularly reviewing this page. Continued website usage after published updates confirms your acceptance of revised Terms.
SECTION 19 – GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
At checkout, payment statements and bank card transaction records will display the merchant trading name “tymlighting” alongside applicable regional country codes. All orders are processed under our corresponding registered entity matching the stated country code on your billing statement.
- This agreement shall be governed and interpreted under the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China.
- The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) is fully excluded and shall not apply to any transaction between you and tymlighting.
- All disputes arising from or connected to this purchase agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong SAR.
SECTION 20 – FORCE MAJEURE
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay to fulfill order obligations caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemic restrictions, port/sea freight delays, customs inspection hold-ups, factory production shutdowns, government trade bans, labor strikes and cyberattacks. We will notify customers promptly upon confirmed force majeure events and offer reasonable order resolution options once disruption ends.
