All goods purchased from tymlighting enjoy a 3-year limited warranty valid from the date you receive your order. Complimentary gift bulbs are excluded from all warranty coverage.Warranty Coverage
We offer free repair services or complimentary replacement of defective components for faults caused solely by manufacturing defects or non-artificial damage during the warranty term. We provide full free product replacement for severely defective units unfit for repair.All shipping expenses generated by non-quality-related problems shall be covered by the customer.Warranty Exclusions
This warranty shall not cover damage or malfunctions arising from any of the following circumstances:- Incorrect installation, improper operation or inadequate maintenance performed by the buyer
- Artificial damage, accidental impact or rough handling during use
- Harm triggered by natural disasters, adverse environmental conditions or third-party incidents
- Complimentary gift bulbs and all other consumable spare parts
- Products disassembled, altered or repaired by unauthorised third parties without our prior written approval
Warranty Claim Procedure

- Provide your unique order number, clear photos/videos showing the faulty item, and a detailed written description of the defect
Our support team will assess your claim within 48 working hours and supply targeted resolutions, including official return instructions if necessary.
You must follow our official guidance to send back defective goods. tymlighting will reimburse all valid return shipping costs only for verified manufacturing quality issues.Important Terms
