Warranty Claim Process
- Provide clear photos and videos of defective product parts via our support email.
- Once we confirm the damage is caused by manufacturing flaws, we will arrange replacement parts to be dispatched free of charge immediately.
- If damage results from improper use or artificial human error, the customer shall bear all costs of replacement parts and delivery freight.
