If there are any non-human quality problems within 30 days after receipt of the goods, you can contact us directly (tymlighting@gmail.com) to request a refund or apply for re-shipment to you for free!
We offer a three-year warranty and can provide replacement parts if any product parts are damaged.
- Provide pictures and videos of product defective parts via email.
- Once we confirm the cause of the damage, we will immediately arrange for replacement parts to be reissued.
- If there is man-made damage due to customer reasons, the customer must bear the cost of parts and freight.
